Trying your own bakery is... trying. (Open.)
There's a ton that Raleigh doesn't know. Of course there is - everybody's got that stuff, things that they don't really have an interest in figuring out. That being said, she got this chance - this ridiculous chance, and that's why she's currently sitting down outside of the local coffeeshop, and she's... looking.
She's looking at the binder her boss gave her, that's got expenses and income, because she's theoretically doing inventory because he asked her to, even though it made no sense.
But... she gets numbers. For the first time she gets numbers, and Raleigh stares at the books, because she knows how much she gets paid. She knows how much a pastry sells for.
And now, she can see exactly the sort of profit her boss is getting. "Holy shit." She stared down at the box again, and she shakes her head, and she starts to wonder - not for the first time - about starting this herself, and pay the people working for her a decent, llving wage.
Now, if only she knew where to start...

He took a long drink of water, then leaned forward a little with something like a teasing, almost flirty grin on his face. "It's not that difficult. If you're curious, you can always come by and get one for yourself. Something small. I'm never one to deny someone's search for information."

Her brows lift a fraction at the teasing grin.
"Maybe I will. And hey, is the 'something small' because of my height? It is, isn't it." She pokes him in the leg with the toe of her sandal, grinning - nevermind that she's just met him, that's just sort of how she rolls.

"Sometimes that's the best way, and it takes a lot of courage to follow a path that wasn't the one you originally intended. Bravo for that," Adrian nodded, and toasted her with his water bottle before letting his lips quirk into a small grin.
"Not at all," he replied, lying through his teeth.

"Although, not to get a big tattoo, if I should want to get one." Which, currently, she doesn't - but still. She doesn't have to get a small one, just because she's petite!
She knows, though, if she wants one, where she'll go.

The fact surprised him a little. The only doctor he knew well was his egg donor and Raleigh was nothing like that shrew. "You can do big on a small body without making it look like you're wearing something too big for your body. A trail of vines from shoulder to waist? Simple, elegant, feminine."
He wasn't picturing it on her at all. Nope.

Adrian thought of his rather anemic love life, but just laughed it off. "Oh yeah, that's definitely how. But, yes, I can do just about anything. All I need is a picture that's close to what you want and I can alter an manipulate it to make it work. As soon as you're ready, my door's almost always open."
